Prices are quoted in Euros including NL Value Added Tax, currently 21%.

You can pay by Paypal, via Paypal by credit card or from your bank account via direct banking. In case none of these payment possibilities works for you, please contact us so we can find another solution. We regret that your order cannot be processed until payment has been confirmed.

We try to process your order as fast as possible. But since shipping time adds up to our in-house processing time it may take approx. 2–10 working days before orders are delivered within The Netherlands and approx. 4–18 working days for orders within Europe. Claims for late deliveries are not accepted.

Since we cannot influence the shipping time we cannot guarantee delivery within certain time frames. Though in case you need to receive our products within a certain time, you can always inform about possibilities to speed up delivery.

Shipping within The Netherlands costs € 3.95. Within Europe there’s a shipping fee of € 3.-.
 At the moment we are not able to ship outside of Europe.

This are costs that the customs may charge you depending on the value of the package. We cannot ship our products with the term “gift” or with a lower value than on the invoice.

All items come mounted on a cardboard and nicely wrapped. They are send in a postbox packaging and should be delivered in your postbox.

We try our best to ensure that our customers are delighted with every purchase. Therefore each piece of TURINA Jewellery comes with a 6 month guarantee against defects due to a lack of the products quality.

You can return purchased items within 30 days of receipt for any reason if the item is unworn and not damaged, in its original packaging, except for earrings. You will have to pay the shipping costs for returning.

Due to Health and Safety Regulations we are not able to accept returns of earrings except in the event that they are damaged, defective or have been sent to you in error.

Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or has been sent to you in error, we would appreciate it if you would inform us as soon as possible so that we can begin to sort out the problem immediately. To report a problem, please e-mail

Refund of Shipping Charges
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective or damaged on receipt, we will be happy to refund the shipping charges. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges.

To Return an Item
Please contact us when returning an item and provide us with a reason. Goods should be protected in a box or padded envelop.
